TUITION

Tuition includes:

• All photography instruction, excursions, lectures and critique.

• 3 nights Lodging at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.

• Unlimited-use Hot Springs passes.

• Meals: 3 dinners, 2 lunches, 3 breakfasts (1 full, 2 light), and gratuities. 

 

Tuition does not include:

• Transportation to and from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs in Nathrop, CO.

• Alcohol, snacks, or other meals and purchases made during the workshop.

 

LODGING

Rooms provided are all single Hillside Rooms with (1) King Bed or (2) Queen Beds.  Bringing friends or family and want to share lodging? Cabins accommodating 4-8 people can be arranged (depending on availability) for additional fees, please inquire. Rooms will be assigned in order of registration booking. Any special room requests should be made directly with David Lynn Photography so we can do our best to quickly accommodate your request.  Room availability is guaranteed only through September 16, 2015, after which it is subject to first-come first-serve availability.

 

DISCOUNTS

$115 discount for attendees of any previous Shootshop Photography class.

$50 discount for early payment in full by September 15, 2015

$50 discount for friend referral - Refer a friend that books a spot, receive $50 off your booking.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

$450 non-refundable* deposit is required to reserve a spot in the Collegiate Peaks Workshop.

$700 Final payment is due in full by September 22, 2015.

Final Payments are invoiced and paid online.

 

If client cancels his/her reservation in the Workshop:

within 10 days of workshop, David Lynn Photography retains 100% of final payments made.

within 20 days of workshop, David Lynn Photography retains 50% of final payments made.

before 30 days of workshop, all final payments are returned.

 

David Lynn Photography reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason, including but not limited to: insufficient attendee booking, instructor illness, hotel closures or cancellations, inclement weather, and random acts of nature.  A minimum of 3 attendees are required for the workshop to remain scheduled.  If the minimum is not met, the workshop will be cancelled and/or rescheduled.

 

* In the event of Workshop cancellation, David Lynn Photography will refund all deposits & payments made, and thereby be released of any cancellation liability. Alternatively, payments can be retained by David Lynn Photography and the client may use them as a credit to use toward a new or rescheduled workshop.

 

WAIVERS & INSURANCE

Workshop guests are required to sign a waiver of liability releasing David Lynn Photography from any damage & personal injury liability while participating in the workshop.

Purchasing Travel Insurance is highly recommended for each participant. Ideally your travel insurance will cover personal medical expenses, personal liability, lost or stolen luggage, and damaged camera equipment.

 

PHOTO RELEASES

David Lynn Photography reserves the right to photograph and/or film the workshop events, its participants, and locations, and use the material for marketing and promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, websites, and blogs.

While we aim to keep to the itinerary so you can plan for your trip, the itinerary items and times are subject to change at the discretion of the Workshop staff & instructors.  This allows us to be spontaneous during the workshops, should new, amazing photographic opportunities arise!
